Summary: This book is based a study in two parts on the tribes and communities separated by the Indo-Myanmar boundary. The study was conducted in two parts, the first in Northeast India (NEI) from February to June 2013 and the second in Western Myanmar from February to August 2014. This is a response to the division of several tribes and ethnic communities between the Northeast of India (NEI) and Western Myanmar. The communities and tribes separated by an international border live in the Chin and Kachin States and the Sagaing Region of Myanmar and in the four States of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Nagaland and Mizoram in NEI. The study dealt with Chin and Naga communities in Myanmar and the Mizo, Naga and Kuki tribes in India. The focus of this this study is the family, community and trade relations between them. In order to better understand them, the study begains with an introductory chapter on the peoples of the two sides. https://www.amazon.in/dp/8192606236?ref=myi_title_dp
