Bonnerjee, Jaipal dared to go against his own in-laws and formed ‘Jharkhand Party’ in order to lead his ‘Adivasi’ people to statehood by literally becoming a thorn in the Congress politics. Jaipal was the President of Oxford Indian Majlis, a debating society.
